What SofiaHoods is
SofiaHoods is an information tool: an interactive map, liveability scores, market data and articles about Sofia neighbourhoods, built from public sources. The map, the scores, the quiz and the articles are free. Sofia Pro is a paid subscription that adds market signals such as asking prices, rents, gross yields and summaries of public forum sentiment.
Sofia Pro subscription
- Price. The current prices are shown at checkout (at the time of writing: €4 per month or €21 per year). Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Trial. New subscribers get one 7-day free trial per person. A payment card is required to start it; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made.
- Withdrawal (EU consumers). The subscription gives immediate access to digital content. By starting it you request immediate performance; where you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, you can exercise it by cancelling within 14 days and emailing us, and we will refund any payment for that first period. After that, the cancel-anytime rule above applies.
- Price changes. If prices change, existing subscribers are notified in advance and the change applies from the next billing period.
The honest limits of the data
Scores and figures are computed from public data (OpenStreetMap, transit feeds, the building-permit register, public listings and forums) and can contain errors, gaps and lag. Sentiment summaries reflect what people write publicly, which is perception rather than verified fact. Everything on SofiaHoods is general information: it is neither investment advice, nor legal advice, nor a property valuation. Visit a neighbourhood before you sign anything.
Fair use
Your account and subscription are personal. Bulk scraping, redistribution or resale of the data and content requires our written permission. Source data remains subject to its own licences: OpenStreetMap data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), and neighbourhood descriptions sourced from Wikipedia are CC BY-SA.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Sofia Pro е абонамент (към момента 4 €/месец или 21 €/година, обработва се от Stripe) с еднократен 7-дневен пробен период. Можете да се откажете по всяко време от портала за плащания; достъпът остава до края на платения период. Като потребител от ЕС имате 14-дневно право на отказ за първия период: пишете ни и ще възстановим плащането.
Данните идват от публични източници и може да съдържат грешки и закъснения; те са обща информация, а решението за покупка или наем изисква оглед на място.
