Walkability is decent and Slivnitsa metro is reachable, but the spaces between the panel blocks are bare, and the green score of 35 is among the lowest in Lyulin. The weakest rent-to-price ratio in the complex (4.1% yield at €2026/m²) suggests buyers here are paying for the new builds more than the location. ↗
